This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Yes, it holds heat and curl very well. Recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds.
