Customer service is great. Wig shipped fast. Ordered Friday, received Wednesday afternoon. The package arrived in great condition, came with a small free wig cap…hair had no chemical smell, no shedding after running fingers through the wig a few times…I would also DEF recommend buying this wig in at least 180% density in longer lengths. Inside of the wig is constructed well all combs are intact. The lace is really transparent. ,reasonable and fair.

I love this wig! It's soft thick quality hair. Came with free gifts. The inside has combs and an adjustable band, it is a perfect secure fit. The lace is truly transparent even though I added powder to give it more of my skin tone scalp look, you don't have to. This wig was so soft. I mean extremely soft! Every time someone would touch it they’d say omg it’s so soft. It was very easy for me to install.. It gets really straight when I flat iron it. It was pre plucked but I plucked it a little more just for my liking. Curls easy. And it’s still soft. Love this wig. It’s so worth the buy ladies! And it came in super fast.
