This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Love the hair! Super soft, no smell, no shedding! I wash it with coconut oil based shampoo, looks super natural! I just wish I would’ve gotten it longer but that’s just me! Other than that seller was amazing! I had the wrong address on my order I contacted seller immediately & it was changed right then and there!
