This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Hair was very soft, came with a wig cap. Washed it and very little to no shedding so far. Lace was the perfect size, not too short. Lace was of nice quality as well. I bleached the knots however you could wear it right out the package. So far I love this unit!!!
