Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I didn't give comment after i receive the hair. I just come back here after i use the hair for some time. I really have to say wiggins is the best. The hair is really in good qualiy, it is shiny and soft, just a little shedding, but it doesn't affect my use. Cause i know it may have a little shedding even if it is my own natural hair. There is no tangle, i really love it. This is the best quality hair i ordered from all different companies. I will order again, and maybe next time i will order a wig directly.

The hair I ordered was true to length and had not funny chemical or plastic smell. The lace can match my skin prefectly, and i love the texture, it is beautiful. Besides, It was delivered very fast. In a word, it is a wonderful shopping, i will order again!

I ordered 3 bundles all 28inch and 5x5 closure. The hair is true to length, and it is soft. It arrived with good package, and to my surprise, they also sent me some small gifts, which is very lovely and nice. It has a little smell when open, but i found that may becuase of the long transportation. It was gone after i put it outside. I really love this, so happy!
