This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I ordered 16 inches. The hair is good so far it’s very silky and soft. I did a side part in a middle part and it was very easy the hair wasn’t too thick and not too thin. Hair came within 4 days !(: it curls good, you just would have to use hair spray or pin curl do hold the curl
