This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is really good for the price. I suggest you Aussie 3 min deep conditioner to cowash the hair when you get it. Also use a must bottle with water and conditioner in it No need for moose on this hair.

This hair is very beautiful the curls are wonderful all you have to do is add water . I will be doing a YouTube video on this hair . I will upload additional feedback when I install the hair , the shipping took about 3 days and it came with a cap and lashes !!

This hair is so soft, bouncy and has very minimal shedding. Even after washing the wave pattern of the hair was still popping through. It holds a nice curl and styling is easy. The hair didn’t require too much manipulation. I did pluck a few extra hairs from the front just as a personal preference,
