This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

My stylist liked the hair , she did say she had to pluck it a lot in the frontal , but she made it do what it do . So far the hair ok soft , flowy , I will follow up later to let you know .

curls good and product. it snaps back after washing. I've washed it 4 times only using shampoo and it retains it's bounce. definitely worth money. I'll continue to order from them. so far I've received 5 of their wigs and each one is perfection
