This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair arrived in 4 days. It had no smell. The curl was even more amazing after the wash. The BUNDLE was very full, and had lots of volume. They looks so natural. When I combed through the hair with my fingers, no shedding or tangles has been found. I have gotten many compliments and have shared this store. Overall I will definitely purchase again.
