This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I absolutely love this hair!!! It was installed with a invisible part I ordered 4 bundles which was more than enough but at a great price that spent break the pockets! There is shedding but not excessive shedding! The shipping WOW ! I couldn't have asked for a better company !!!

great communication from the seller, kept in contact and helped with any questions I had. the hair came really quick too! ordered Friday night and received Wednesday morning!!! the hair itself had a slight smell but nothing unbearable, shedding minimal even after cowashing and feels really soft. frontal matches bundles perfectly and feels silky. hair also came with some free eyelashes!! haven't installed the hair yet but so far I'm impressed! will update once installed
