This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I say I’m sooo in love with this hair and I got a 18 18 20 with the 18 closure. my hair came the in 3days and which had me even more excited it’s soft, true to its length, no tangle and no shedding. I have gotten so many complements and even my sister and homegirl order the hair soo yesss thank you so much .I’m in love and would definitely be reordering again.
