Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful ! Very manageable (sheds a little but that was expected). Shipping was super fast. Got the hair within a week after placing the order. But the BEST thing about this hair was the lace ! It melted so flawlessly I am soooooo happy with this purchase. I would definitely order again
