Q1: HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG ?1) Gently remove tangle with your hands before washing the wig.2) Put the wig into cold water, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom.3) Rinse shampoo thoroughly and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.4) Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.5) Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.Q2: HOW TO CARE YOUR WIG ?1) After the hair is dyed, the cuticles are easily damaged, so better care is needed. Hair has to be washed and conditioned at least twice a week. Let your hair dry naturally after washing, and avoid direct exposure to sun.2) For detangling or daily maintenance use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.3) Do not use products that contain sulfate, parabens, or alcohol. The product came in really quick from when I ordered it! It's a very thick / full wig so you don't have to worry about the netting underneath showing through. And it makes it a lot easier to maintain and style for your face shape! The color is just as you see it too; I didn't have the problem of it showing up way lighter or darker than the image showed!

I like this wig. I washed it right away and the straight style turned wavy. I had to use a straight iron on it but maybe I used too low heat because while it seems to straighten it, the wig does seem to wave up as I wear it. I still wear it because it does comfortable!
