I have lupus. And the past few months my hair has been falling out around my forehead more and more. recently I’m losing patches on my scalp. My confidence has been non existent.
I was extremely worried about ordering a wig, But at this point what could I lose?
Put the wig on and almost immediately as I looked in the mirror, tears started.
I have hair again. It looks and feels natural. I don’t look like I’m wearing a wig. I feel myself again.
Very exited and nervous to wear it to work tomorrow. Afraid people will notice. But for how I’m feeling. At this moment.. I’m not sure I care.
