This hair came very fast, maybe 5 days after I ordered it. The company kept in touch with me from start to finish. When I first took it out of the bag, I played in it for maybe 10 minutes. This hair is so SOFT & it's true to length. No shedding or anything. I've been getting so many compliments about the hair.
