This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I am a customer for life the quality, softness and smell was everything! I do hair and I will not let any of my customers pay for any other hair anymore! When I received the hair I was excited and wanted to make a review but wanted to wait til I finished my unit! The hair is so soft... I cut my wefts so when I was finished my wig I brushed it very well... so this hair doesn’t shed! It holds curls so well! I’m so impressed! My new favorite vendor.
