The customer service was very nice.They kept in touch with me about my logistics update and also gave tips on how to take care of the hair.I washed the 3 bundles and frontal,there was minimal shedding,which is normal for curly hair. The hair is soft with no tangling so far.I will purchase again.

I ordered 18 20 20. The curl pattern is really nice. And hair is really soft. The delivery is fast, i pay the order on Friday and receive it on Wednesday. There is no tangle and no shedding after washing. I love it and don’t wait or think about this one buy it!
