I am very satisfied with my unit! the hair is soft and top tier quality! Immediately after brushing it out, I seen the extra density I paid for! It’s true to length and worth the price. I had to put my loved ones & peers on to this company, as I have been shopping with them for years, and I’m never let down. Just a heads up, if you have a small head, email them beforehand so they can customize your unit to fit snug. I will be doing this myself next time, but for now, I’m using the elastic bands inside the unit.
