The seller communicated very well with me. They gave me updates along the way with the hair. When I received the hair, it was nice and soft, i did have to wash it when i received it, and once it was washed it looked beautiful. There’s no shedding to the hair as well.

So I have received it for more than one month and it came with some headcaps. I got 18 20 22 22, first of by opening the package the hair was bouncy, soft and thick, they didn't have a smell and are true to length will order again!
