The hair is super soft . The seller Mary is very sweet and keeps you updated with the delivery and any questions or concerns she was on it . I haven't installed but in a few days I'll post the pictures of the installation.

The frontal disappointed me as the knots weren’t bleaching well, was a little difficult to instal but my stylist got round to it.
The hair is nice n soft & takes heat about 70% well, fast shipping too. I’d definitely be ordering again from wiggins as I’ve heard a lot of positives.
