This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I was really nervous about buying this hair. But i got it installed yesterday and i love it. It did have a slight smell when i wash in the salon but it slowly faded away. I bought this hair for my birthday and last night was the first night of celebrating. I sweated heavyyy and it didnt tangle! I woke up it still was nice and soft! I definitely recommend. Im not using it for long term but so far so good.

I Would first like to start off with I Love love this hair and vendor. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from them and every time I am satisfied. I ordered the hair on Monday was expecting it the following Monday but received it on Thursday. The hair is very soft and shiny, I’ve been complimented on it many times today. I have yet to experience any shedding at all and the hair has no smell. The seller keeps in contact sometimes I didn’t reply but they were sure to continue sending updates and accurate tracking information. I definitely will order again.
