This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I got a 36inch 180% density 6x6 wig. Hair was soft and bouncy once unpackaged. I washed and conditioned it and the hair is beautiful. Small amount of shedding during washing and conditioning. Pictures are after wash & conditioner. Wig was pre plucked. I love it
