Let me tell you...this hair is gorgeous. I still cant believe how incredibly soft it is, even after washing, dying, and styling. It doesnt tangle, and barely any shedding. I wasnt looking for a refund, but while communicating with the seller about how lovely the hair is, when I mentioned the length issue, I was offered a very generous refund. Will definatly order from this seller again.

By far the best synthetic wig I’ve ever had. Unlike some synthetic hair that lose their softness after a week and start to feel like straw this hair maintains it softness. However, I still will be purchasing again.
