This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I got my hair 3 days after ordering. The seller was so helpful because I ordered 3 bundles and a closure. Although I accidentally ordered a free part closure instead of a 2 part. She contacted me asking to confirm my address after my order. I used that opportunity to tell her if she could change the closure for me..and she gladly did. I will definitely recommend Say Me hair. Very helpful, detailed and fast. And my bundles are so soft and no sheds at all. Thank you
