Customer service is great. Wig shipped fast. Ordered Friday, received Wednesday afternoon. The package arrived in great condition, came with a small free wig cap…hair had no chemical smell, no shedding after running fingers through the wig a few times…I would also DEF recommend buying this wig in at least 180% density in longer lengths. Inside of the wig is constructed well all combs are intact. The lace is really transparent. ,reasonable and fair.

It was soft straight out of the pack. Beautiful color , so I didn’t dye it. I will keep this blonde in for a while, and then dye it later. In shorter words, Im satisfied!

The lace is truly transparent even though I added powder to give it more of my skin tone scalp look, you don't have to. It comes straight, I like the color but so happy it can be dyed so when I'm ready for my next look. No shedding or odd smell. Really nice wig. Go ahead and buy!

Yes, it holds heat and curl very well. Recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling.
