This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair itself is amazing the lace is a high quality good lace and I think once I get it customized the knots will definitely bleach. This wig THO!! Oh my goodness this is the first time I have ever purchased a wig and I am totally happy it was with this company. The hair is soooooooooo lovely!! Service was great! I had only one issue and that was with Fedex. They had the wrong delivery date for my package and I had to be home to sign for it. Other than that this is my new hair supplier next order will be bundles! Please keep up the good work it is so very hard to find good hair companies now a days with great prices!!!
