This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

it is a really nice wig! the curl pattern is beautiful and very soft. i achieved this look by rising the hair with hot water and shampoo, then i let it air dry and added some moose. There is minimal to no shedding which is great ! Item came in 5 days which is very fast
