This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The pictures uploaded is my 2nd time using it and as you can see, it still has plenty of life. I soaked the hair in ACV and warm water for about 5mins to cleanse.
