This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Beautiful hair! The hair was super soft right out of the package and after I co-washed with WIGGINS's hair mask it became even more beautiful and soft. No shedding experienced so far which is rare for curly hair. Bundles are thick too, so I only needed to use 2 16in bundles. Definitely will continue to buy from here and Mary is great!

I love love love this hair. It's so soft. I co washed before making a unit. With this hair I ordered a 20 inch Malaysian curly closure and it's a pretty good match with the 3 26 in bundles that I ordered. The hair didn't have any run off when co washed and any smell (not a bad odor) went away after co washing. The curls remained the same curl pattern before and after washing. No shedding at all from these bundles and the hair is easily detangled if it happens to get tangled which I barely experienced. Hair is literally so soft it shouldn't be a huge issue with tangling. It's very light yet full. The seller recommended 4 bundles for inches over 20 and I was worried because I had already placed my order when he said that but 3 was just right. I will leave additional feedback after a few months of wearing the hair and will also do a strand test. ONLY issue is the ends of the wefts are scraggly. Attached are pre washed hair, washed hair, and unit pictures.
