This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

the hair is very very soft ! it didn’t have a smell but I also pre washed it. it doesn’t shed & its veryyy soft ! it take about 3 to 4 days to come and the vendor communication was great! I would most definitely recommend you to buy this hair !
