This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I won 110% recommend this hair! the hair straight out of the packaging is super Duper soft! I did color the bundles different shades of blue and added some of the bundles to an old blue wig that I was going to be throwing away... I water colored the hair and the heat and the hair color did not compromise the quality of the hair at all!

So far so good. Had it installed yesterday. Next time I will get a longer length. There was no smell even though I did wash the hair before installing as usually. Daily routine: I mix water with Moroccan conditioner in a spray bottle. Brush it all through. Apply olive oil to tame and brush that through. Air dry. That’s it. The hair is beautiful.
