This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair was really soft and pretty. It’s definitely true to length. It is 100% human hair The wig barely sheds and can hold a curl very well. It doesn’t get 5 stars because the shipping is not ver fast. I was not disappointed with this wig. I’ve had it for a very long time (about 2 months) and still wear it. Although I did not sleep in the wig and only installed it when it was needed.
