This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The lace is transparent and soft, was easy to melt. The color is sooo pretty, like it stands out without being too bold! Definitely need to get it! The hair is soft as well! Holds a curl very well too, like it so much! I'll buy more from this company!

Okay so I finally installed it and I must say this is the best wig. Arrived within less than a week. The hair is so full, the lace is easy to work with. Hair is honestly beautiful, everyone loves it ! The unit is thick to the ends and straightens so pretty and maintains shine. I’ll highly recommend this wig!
