This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I think the hair is very soft and length is very accurate. I have had the hair installed for about two weeks now and it has done great. I have not bleached nor dyed the hair yet but I am pretty sure it will do well.
