This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is soft and true to length. The wefts are tight and I ve experienced very minimal shedding. I used the hair to make a wig using the hot glue gun method and it came out beautifully. The frontal was easy to lay and it was perfect.
