This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this hair sooo much! I've had it in for a week and there was really no shedding and the hair is very soft and has so much volume. The bundles are very full. Finally did my install for my bday. And let me tell you, I got compliments all weekend long about the quality, the color everything. Even went to the beach, got it wet and it’s still going strong. Little to no shedding still remains. Bundles are extremely thick, for the lengths I got. Only downside to this is the frontal was just as thick so a lot of plucking had to be done.
