This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really really love this hair. The communication was great with the seller and my hair was shipped the next day and came in about 6 days or so. I ordered 14 14 14 14 inch with 10 inch frontal and it is true to length. The hair dyed very well and has no shedding. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
