This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

its been about 3 months since i bought this hair i wanted to give additional feedback.. hair is still bomb af! i didnt bleach the knots maybe thats why it lasted so long but this is my favorite hair. i can still run my hands through it with no problems. i only get shedding when i wash the hair but never when its dry and brushing.
