This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

When I first got the hair it was pretty and had the normal factory smell but after I co washed the hair the smell was gone. I let it air dry and the loose wavy pattern returned but it was a little bit looser. So far this hair has been amazing. It’s thick and very soft with minimal tangling in the nape area.
