This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Love the color and curl pattern, doesn't seem to be dyed, no bad smells, quick delivery. I finger combed it and only lost 1 strand of hair... that's great. True to length when stretched. very bouncy... haven't yet installed, but i'm excited to see how it holds up after wash/ install/ wear... also appreciate the little gifts (eyelashes and 2 wig caps). I want to order again, but I'll at least wear it first before I do, lol. This is a real review from a real weave lover... I know some of the reviews seem scripted, hence the reason I decided to type all this.
