Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The wig took about a week to come, the hair is soft and the knots are easy to bleach. It has minimal shedding and barely tangled so as long as you’re taking care of it it will last no problem. Highly recommend!! The pictures have NO FILTER !

I don't need bleach the knots and I haven’t touched up the part yet but you can see it’s very manageable for even a beginner. The seller reached out to me and made sure I received the wig and had no issues. I will definitely order from this company again
