This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is my second time trying ombré style . It was true to length, density was great, the highlights were just perfect not too bright, no smell but I did wash it. The quality was impressive and the lace melt well, no tangling and shedding so far. It’s not easy to find good wigs online but I'm completely satisfied with this one.
