This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this hair is better than expected! it's so full and soft same length. there's no chemical smell.the part space really good and the front is reall full as well which is great for doing various styles. the wig came preplucked which meant i didn't have to do much work.the hair is great with water and heat. delivery was extremely quick especially during the pandemic!I'm really really really really happy with the hair
