This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love the hair. This hair is everything. It doesn’t tangle at all. The hair is true to length with no shedding. When I say no shedding I mean Zero shedding. The hair is also true to length. Hair looks just like the pictures. It is very silky and smooth to touch with no tangles at all. Infact this is the real human hair.
