This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really liked this hair! It shipped fast . I get so many compliments everyday. The price is inexpensive and affordable. Great communication from the seller and I even got a little gift. You will have to condition the hair to make it look natural and feel soft. I made it into a wig and I’ve been in love ever since.
