This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is good and shipped quickly from the seller but arrived 3 days after the original delivery date. I believe it was stuck in customs for a few days but arrived just in time for when I needed it. Ordered on 4/29/22, delivered 5/7/22. So soft and true to length and full all the way to the ends with no fraying pieces sticking out. And from the times of me brushing and combing my hands thru i didn’t have any shedding.
