This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is good and shipped quickly from the seller but arrived 3 days after the original delivery date. I believe it was stuck in customs for a few days but arrived just in time for when I needed it. Ordered on 4/29/22, delivered 5/7/22.
