This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I just want to say a big big thank you to Mary she has been amazing I had a postal problem and the hair went missing both my self and Mary tried to track the parcel no joy so I was going to re order the hair but Mary re sent the missing hair plus the hair I order contacted me every day to make sure that I was ok and to let me know the hair was on its way the hair came it is amazing soft and the ends are not trashy but neat I will be re ordering agian from this site aslong as Mary is working here.
