This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I loved my hair highly recommend this hair. My longest hair was 16 yes it get tangled but it wasn’t bad until the end of the day. Doesn’t shred as bad, I installed it and it was still soft.

I cant remember the length I ordered.. but the hair came already colored. It was super soft & manageable. I wet the hair & braided it to make it crinkly. I initially wanted curly hair but did not see it at the time. I got a little shedding. I made a wig out of the bundles and closure I ordered. Wore this hair for my birthday. I will do an update when I decide to rewear the hair.
