This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I must say I am very PLEASED!! This hair is great bang for your buck, it's soft, no shedding and I haven't had any problems with it being nappy or too dry. I dyed the hair and had it installed as a traditional sew in!! I will definitely be buying again!!!

This hair is really good for the price I paid. It’s really soft. I was able to do my whole head with all 4 bundles. I have a fullness it may differ depending on if you’re doing a closure or frontal you may not need all 4 bundles. It doesn’t have a bad smell, it just smells like hair to me. This was a really good buy.
